Getting up early in the morning is one of the hardest things to do for some of us. However, at the beginning of a successful day and at the end of the day, the most basic thing that will make us feel happy are to get up early in the morning. When we think of the day as a journey, the early bird catches the worm.

Twitter’s founder Jack Dorsey, starts the day at 5:30 am in the morning. Jack runs 10 kilometers and and meditates before he starts work. Apple’s general manager, Tim Cook, is starting to answer his mails at 4:30 am in the morning.
6)You can be two steps ahead of everyone else!
Research shows that the habit of getting up early allows the creativity to emerge in humans. At the same time, while your opponents sleeping you feel good because you start the day before them.
