Cucumber Diet

Cucumber include only 15 calories in 100 gr. Its a great food to lose kilo. With this cucumber diet you have a chance lose 3 kilos in 3 days. Main food of this diet list is cucumber. People who have hypothyroidis disease can do this diet in control of doctors. This diet or any diet shouldn’t be applied without asking doctors. You should go on with this diet for 3 days.

Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea, 1 cucumber (raw and sliced), 1 seasonsal fruit (except grape and banana), warm or cold water (with lemon).

Snack: 100 gr yoghurt, 1 or 2 cucumbers.

Lunch: 1 cup of tea (without sugar), 1 boiled egg.

Dinner: 1 slice grate fish, 1 bowl cucumber salad (with a bit apple vinegar added)

(Instead of fish you can prefer chicken breast, meat or turkey).
