Potato, because of fibre makes you fill for long hours. With this diet you have a chance to lose 3 kilos at the end of the almost 5 days. You have a chance to reach you ideal kilo. 100 gr boiled without unshelled potato’s calories is 93. Boiled potato is rich in terms of fibre, vitamin C and potassium. You should drink at least 2L water. Black and green tea is free for the whole diet if they are without sugar. You can do this diet in 2-3 months. Before you do it, you should in contact with your doctor.

1st day:

Breakfast: 1 cup of water yoghurt, 1 boiled potato.

Lunch: 1 cup of yoghurt, 2 boiled potatoes.

Dinner: 2 cup of yoghurts.

2nd day:

Breakfast: 1 cup of yoghurt.

Lunch: 1 cup of yoghurt, 2 boiled potatoes.

Dinner: 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 boiled potato.

3rd day:

Breakfast: 1 boiled potato.

Lunch: 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 boiled potato.

Dinner: 1 cup of yoghurt.
