When you wake up, drink 2 couple of water (lemon squash)
Breakfast: Tea or coffee ( with sweetening), 100 gr White cheese, 1 slice whole-wheat bread.
Snack: 1 apple or 3 dried apricots, half bowl yoghurt.
Lunch: 200 gr vegetables food, 100 gr chicken, large salad, 1 banana.
Snack: 5 crackers.
Dinner: 1 bowl chicken broth soup, free-fat pasta, large season salad, 1 cup of orange juice.
Snack: 1 bowl fruitful yoghurt.
