Taylan Diet

You should apply this diet for 7 days. At the end of 7 days, you will have a chance loss healthy way 3 kilos. When you do this diet, you will not suffer from it. You should drink 2.5L water. That is the one of the most significant factor for this diet. You will notice that foods have harmony themselves. You won’t feel hungry. You can do whenever you want. Only condition is to lose those kilos, you should apply diet appropriately.

When you wake up;

1 cup of warm water, lemon (1 slice), apple ( 1 slice), husk cinnamon ( a bit), apple vinegar ( 1 tea spoon)

Breakfast: 2 slices whole-wheat bread, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and chervil.

Snack: 2 apricots, 5 almond.

Lunch: Vegetable food (1 portion), 1 onion, tomato sauce, meat (100 gr), diet or normal yoghurt ( 100 gr), 1 bowl large green salad.

Snack: Toast ( with 2 whole-wheat bread), light cheese (30 gr).

Dinner: Chicken, grate fish or meatball, 1 bowl large green salad.

Snack: 1 apricot, diet kefir (1 tea spoon).
