Pear Diet

You should apply this diet for 10 days. At the end of 3 days, you can do same diet. Some benefits of pear is;

1st day

Morning: A bit biscuit, 1 cup of coffee.

Snack: 1 pear.

Lunch: Boiled spinach, bean soup, whole-wheat bread.

Snack: 1 pear.

Dinner: Chicken salad and 2 pears.

2nd day

Morning: 1 cup of coffee and 6 grissini.

Snack: 1 pear.

Lunch: Radish salad and pasta.

Snack: 1 pear.

Dinner: Fish, boiled green beans and 1 pear.

3rd day

Morning: 1 cup of coffee or 1 cup of tea without sugar and 3 slices whole-wheat bread.

Snack: 1 pear.

Lunch: 1 bowl tomatoes soup, boiled spinach.

Snack: 1 pear.

Dinner: Boiled green beans and salad.
