When you apply this diet appropriately at the end of the in short time you have chance  lose 3 kilos. It is easy to do it and its healthy. Some people can think it is impossible to do that and its healthy; however, its much healthier than other diets. Furthermore, at short time people can do it again.

1st day:

Morning: 1 cup of orange juice and 1 peach.

Lunch: 1 portion green bean vegetable food, 1 bowl salad, 1 bowl little flattery yoghurt

Snack: 1 banana

Dinner: Grate chicken, salad, 1 thin slice whole-wheat bread.

2nd day:

Morning: 1 cup of orange juice and 1 pear.

Lunch: 1 portion pease vegetable food, 1 bowl salad, 1 bowl little flattery yoghurt.

Snack: 1 kiwi.

Dinner: Unlimited grate fish, salad, 1 thin slice whole-wheat bread.

Night: 1 cup of warm milk.
