1st day:

Morning: In the breakfast, you should drink 1 cup of warm water + 1 cup of grape juice + 1 spoon honey and milk in a middle boy bowl.

Lunch: You should drink 1 cup of warm water + 10 pieces grape + 1 cup of grape juice.

Dinner: 1 cup of grape juice, half bowl yoghurt and half portion congee.

Night: 10 pieces hazelnut, 1 cup of water + grape juice.

2nd day:

Morning: In the breakfast, you should drink 1 cup of warm water, 1 cup of grape juice, small bowl strawberry yoghurt.

Lunch: 1 cup of grape juice, 1 cup of warm water, half portion fat-free yoghurt, half portion congee.

Dinner: 1 cup of warm water, 1 bowl congee, 1 cup of grape juice, 5 pieces walnut, half bowl fat-free yoghurt.

Night: 1 cup of warm water, 5 pieces walnut.

3rd day:

Morning: 1 cup of warm water, 1 cup of grape juice, you should prepare a small size sandwich. It should be made from boiled chicken.

Lunch: Half portion congee, 1 bowl fat-free yoghurt, 1 cup of warm water.

Dinner: Unlimited grate chicken, 1 cup of grape juice.

Night: Before you sleep 1 cup of warm water.
