Morning: 1 egg, 1 slice pineapple, 1 dessert spoon ginger, green tea, thin slice white cheese.
Lunch: Cabbage food which stewed with curry spices or you can prefer boiled rice.
Snack: Thin slice pineapple, grapefruit, 1 cup cinnamon tea.
Dinner: You can eat spices chicken or fish. Sometimes you can eat a little bit meat with spices. Water.
Morning: Slice fresh pineapple (or grapefruit), 60 gr. White cheese, without sugar black or green tea, 2 tea spoon ginger, 1 egg.
Lunch: Cabbage with curry sauce, boiled brown rice with curry.
Snack: 1 slice pineapple or half grapefruit, 2 pieces diet biscuit, 1 cup green tea.
Dinner: Fish, steak or spices turkey, large salad.
Night: infusion with stick cinnamon 1 cup of tea.
Morning: Wihtout sugar black or green tea, 1 slice cheese, 1 piece dandruff free bread.
Lunch: Boiled cabbage or boiled rice can be preferred.
Snack: Thin slice pineapple, 1 cup of stick cinnamon tea.
Dinner: 100 gram beef steak salad.
Night: Green tea or stick cinnamon.
