American Diet

As we understand from the name its an American diet and its extremely popular in there. This diet should be applied only for 3 days. At the end of the day the appropriate calori you should get is maximum 1500 calori. Rest of the week you should be careful about what you are going to eat thats all. When you will do it correctly, you will start to lose the kilos and you will have a chance to wear whatever you want. Just you should apply the diet for 72 hours.

1st day:

Morning: 1 couple of tea or coffee, 1 slice roasted bread.

Lunch: 1 bowl green bean, half bowl tuna fish, and if you want you can eat 1 bowl ice cream.

Snack: 1 bowl carrot or apple grater can be eated.

Dinner: 100 gram meat, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 couple of grapefruit juice or half grapefruit, and if you want you can consume tea or coffee.

2nd day:

Morning: 1 bowl cream cheese, and in breakfast you can add 2 slice veal.

Lunch: 8 piece saltine crackers, 1 cup broccoli or cabbage (should be lean)

Snack: Half bowl carrot or half banana.

Dinner: Tea , coffee, 1 egg and tuna fish.

3rd day:

Morning: 1 boiled egg, saltine crackers ( 5 piece)

Lunch: 1 slice roasted bread, 30 gr. Cheddar cheese.

Snack: 1 piece apple.

Dinner: 1 bowl tuna fish, tea or coffee.
