Before sleep : 3 dried fig and one glass of herbal tea without sugar.

3rd Day

After Wake up : One glass of warm water with lemon.

Breakfast : One serving of yoghurt, one tablespoon of oat and one glass of tea without sugar.

Brunch : One glass of tea without sugar, one serving of yoghurt and one serving of fruit.

Lunch : One serving of vegetable soup and one serving of lean yoghurt.

Dinner : One serving of lentil soup and one serving of yoghurt.

Before sleep : 3 dried fig and one glass of herbal tea without sugar.

4th Day

Breakfast : One serving of yoghurt, one tablespoon of oat and one glass of tea without sugar.

Brunch : One glass of tea without sugar, one serving of yoghurt and one serving of fruit.

5th Day
