A toast made with tomato and cheese inside of 2 slice of wholemeal bread, a glass of coffee without sugar.

After Breakfast
After breakfast you can eat 2 kilograms green apple druing the day.

5th Day

Breakfast
100 grams of feta cheese, sliced tomato and cucumber, two boiled eggs.

After Breakfast
After breakfast you can eat 1.5 kilograms green apple druing the day.

Can i apply apple diet in long term?

After applying 5-day apple diet you will see that your weight loss on weighing machine.
