With protein diet list get fit

Protein diet list as the name suggest it is mainly a diet with foods that contain such proteins. While applying the protein diet you will loose weight with consuming protein products without calculation. Protein diet list, with products that contain mostly protein in will make you feel full more easily and in this diet without using oil types in high amount it will form the basis of weakening. In a week protein diet will make you loose weight around 3-4 kilos and using it more than 7 days is not recommended.
In the process you follow the diet at first stages you can feel more thirsty compare to other days. Because of this situation you should take care to consume plenty of water. In very short time you can loose serious kilos with this diet so you should not prefer applying it for long terms. Starting the diet again after giving it a few weeks break will be more appropriate. In the long practice your body may hurt because the diet contains only protein based foods. 7-day protein diet that we prepared as follows :

Protein Diet List 1st Day:

Breakfast
One boiled egg, two finger seized cheese and two slice of wholemeal bread.

Lunch
Lean fruit yoghurt and lean salad.

Dinner
Grilled red meat and season lean salad.

2nd Day.

Breakfast
Two fried eggs, two slice rye bread, wishy-washy tea.

Lunch
Lean fruit yoghurt and lean salad.

Dinner
Grilled chicken, lean salad and lean yoghurt.

3rd Day.

Breakfast
One boiled egg, two finger seized cheese and two slice of wholemeal bread.

Lunch
Lean fruit yoghurt and lean salad.

Dinner
Soup, grilled chicken and eat low fat salad till you feel full.

4th Day.

Breakfast
Two fried eggs, two slice rye bread, wishy-washy tea.

Lunch
Lean fruit yoghurt and lean salad.

Dinner
Grilled red meat and lean season salad.

5th Day.

Breakfast
Two fried eggs, two slice rye bread, wishy-washy tea.

Lunch
Lean fruit yoghurt and lean salad.

Dinner
Grilled red meat and lean season salad.

6th Day.

Breakfast
One boiled egg, two finger seized cheese and two slice of wholemeal bread(optionally lean season salad).

Lunch
Lean fruit yoghurt and lean salad.

Dinner
Grilled red meat and lean fruit salad.

7th Day.

Breakfast
One boiled egg, two finger seized cheese and two slice of wholemeal bread.

Lunch
Lean fruit yoghurt and lean salad.

Dinner
Grilled chicken and lean salad and lean yoghurt.

Protein Diet List and Meat Consumption

Protein diet list as you can see almost contains only protein products. In protein diet list if you classify foods that you are gonna eat according to specific criteria it will allow you to get more benefits from the diet. Which means, in protein diet list red meats that you are gonna eat, you have to choose beef or lamb meat. The product that you want to consume as offal, it will be more healthy to choose only liver according to diet. You can do a little modification in diet and you can eat fish with lemon.
You can use lobster as a sea product other than fish but you must be careful cook it without oil. You need to be careful not having chicken skin on chicked products inside protein diet list and try to consume 2 liters of water per day while applying diet. We should know water is important in this diet to loosing weight and you must regularly pay attention to do sports in your own ways.
