Goal: 6 kilos in 2 week.

Daily calory : 1300 kcal.

Daily menus of this diet

1st Day

Morning : A glass of tea, one roasted pepper, one cucumber, one slice of roasted bread.

Noon : A serving of fish, a serving of lean salad.

Evening : a serving of salad, lean kinds of vegetables (mushroom, eggplant, zucchini, green beans, tomato, pepper and onion) baked in oven or stew.

2nd Day

Morning : One glass of tea, two piece of matchbox seized feta cheese, two tomatoes.

Noon : One small plate of watermelon

Evening : One small plate of watermelon, one slice of lean wholemeal bread.

Night : One bowl of tzatziki.

3rd Day

Morning : One glass of tea, two boiled egg.

Noon : A serving of salad, sauteed mushrooms, one slice of light bread.

Evening : Plenty of salad and one slice of lean wholemeal bread.

Night : One bowl of tzatziki.

4th Day

Morning : One glass of linden, two piece of matchbox seized feta cheese, two pepper.

Noon : Poached egg (with one egg and 200 grams of lean yoghurt).

Evening : A serving of salad, one slice of light bread.

Night : One small plate of watermelon.

5th Day

Morning : One small plate of watermelon, one slice of light bread.

Noon : A serving of salad, cheese omelette(25 grams of cheese and an egg).

Evening : A serving of salad, one slice of light bread, one plate of oilve oil beans(small amount of).

Night : One bowl of tzatziki.
