Noon : Poached egg (with one egg and 200 grams of lean yoghurt).
Evening : A serving of salad, one slice of light bread.
Night : One small plate of watermelon.
5th Day
Morning : One small plate of watermelon, one slice of light bread.
Noon : A serving of salad, cheese omelette(25 grams of cheese and an egg).
Evening : A serving of salad, one slice of light bread, one plate of oilve oil beans(small amount of).
Night : One bowl of tzatziki.
