Drink a large cups water with lemon

First of all, soup and juice very common in water diet but there are some activator of intestines and fruit like strawberry,pineapple as well.Beside, drinking cups water with lemon, you reduce Insulin secretion so that’s led to prevent feeling of the hunger. But we do not strongly recommend that the people who has heart problem, diabetic and pregnant woman use water diet.

The list of water diet

In Morning : a glass of warm water with lemon, orange and grapefruit juice mixture 1 cup, 2 slices fresh pineapple, 6 strawberries and up to 2 tablespoons of oatmeal.
Snack : In that period , you can drink this mixture tea ; lime, lemon balm leaf tea with chamomile and up to 1 teaspoonful of ginger powder.
Noon : Two cups water and a bowl of vegetable soup, 1 portion green salad.
Snack 1 : 3 nuts (you should consume a hour break)
Snack 2 : 2 slide pineapple and a apple and drink a cup ginger tea powder
Snack 3 :1 slice whole wheat bread with 1 slice of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley, 1 cup of hot chamomile tea.
In evening : two cups water, 2 bowls of vegetable soup and a portion boiled vegetables, probiotics yoghurt
Snack : Last meal in 2 slices of pineapple and black seeds until 18 grapes, 2 cups of warm water with lemon, 4 fresh apricots
